- Plant cell wall, plasma membrane and transport.
- Nucleus, cytoskeleton, chloroplasts, mitochondria, peroxisomes, ER, Golgi, lysosomes and ribosomes.
- Cell cycle, mitosis and meiosis.

Major practical · 2 credits. Biomolecule tests, microscopy, cell measurements, DNA and cell-wall staining, and cell division observations.
